When me and my husband decided to sell our last home, we never really thought about who we wanted as a realtor, we just wanted someone who knew our area well so we could get as much from our home as we could, seeing as the realtor would know what homes were going for around that area. Buying a house on my own for the first time was a little daunting. I had called several agents to inquire about properties on the market but none of them seemed very interested in taking me on as a client. Jordan took a few moments of his time to find out what kind of property I was looking for, made a couple of suggestions and said if I needed more help to give him a call. I was taken aback by this helpful approach, I did contact him again and asked him to be my agent. I was not disappointed. Jordan kept me up to date on the market in my area, he was always very prompt in returning phone calls and being at appts., he was REALLY patient and gave me the time I needed to make sure that I really wanted the house I was making an offer on.
